I am very pleased with the house and every-time I walk in I feel like I've been given such a beautiful gift. I've learned so much throughout this whole process and I now have a new respect for the building industry.

We interviewed four different builders, checked out some of their work and references. We had a list of to do items for the entire house besides the two additions. We needed to see what the total quote would be for our wish list and then start cutting where needed to reach our target dollar amount. The Hambletons contacted the township for us to find out about zoning restrictions and etc. We asked for architects they have dealt with and were very pleased with the choices. After interviewing three of them we settled on one that worked out very well for us and worked well with the builder.

Jay and Brad had a timeline put together for the entire project. We talked daily and if we couldn't hook up with each other we also used email regularly. As funds were required, they would hand me the signed document of what all was being paid for in detail.

The builders also took the time to teach us how to install insulation, gave us the tools and were always a phone call away if we needed help. We asked many questions, changed a few things in the plan and they were always supportive and gave their opinion which I appreciated from their years of experience. The end result was better then I ever imagined. I come home at night and I feel so fortunate to have found a builder that I can trust completely with my home and family. I highly recommend them to anyone!
